レビュー (5,402)Package never got delivered and they said not our problem when I messaged them Amazing seller, amazing products!! This company is garbage ordered probably 15 things from these guys and I’ve received 4 of the orders from these guys. 4 out of 15 is crazy work.
On top of that the orders that just arrived today, I was told I needed to pay an extra $8.42 for shipping when it was already paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was only 6 packs of Japanese/korean cards!!!!!
It’s not like they were heavy enough to have shipping at $8.42.
This company is as bad as it gets. I don’t know how you guys are still operating.
Best believe the owner will probably make a sarcastic remark instead of trying to figure out all the problems they are currently having .
Part of the problem is these guys just take pictures of the shipping label without it attached to the item. So it seems like they are losing track of items be use they can’t keep up with the demand.

Tried not to leave negative feedback but what choice do I have when multiple orders show shipped or delivered and nothing has arrived seems like maybe a scam on the sellers part not the only person going through same issues have even contacted this seller and nothing to rectify the problem 👎 Send me a wrong order, I bought a bulk of cards and got a pack instead, and in my previous order I didn’t received anything. And they will not response back on time. never received card, said it would be here June 7th and still nothing!! should have red the reviews before! recieved my Gem pack cards. thanks again.
