Missing item, damaged item, many of the figures came in poor used condition, which was not disclosed. Careless packaging. Customer service took lots of hounding to get a resolution. You cannot put heavy items in with these boxes unprotected. I would think this was a one time issue except for the reviews show nothing has changed in months. Waiting for whatnot support to respond since it has to go through them in order to get anything done. Super disappointing. From one seller to another, not cool. If I could give less I would, I understand that a giveaway is free, but do not promise somebody a massive free case and then not ship it. I spoke with the group several times they assured me that it was repackaged and being sent out no tracking was ever available after the label was created and then they just started ignoring me. I turned it into Whatnot and got a whole $10 credit for it, which I suppose I should be appreciative as a $10 credit is better than nothing at all when something is supposed to be free. it is just the point of promising something and not delivering and I have spent quite a bit of money with this live as I had purchased several cases and single boxes from them shipping always took a while and I always had to ask to get shipping updates but everything always came until this incident and I just feel that it was handled incorrectly so I will just take my business elsewhere now.
