I was very disappointed and reached out for support. Whatnot ended up having to refund me to resolve it. THESE WATCHES ARE FASHION ONLY as long as that is what you expect, then you will love them. The giveaways use to be watches, they randomly sent me some cheap Ai translating headphones that hardly work, it was free so idc either way but overall its just sad.
