I don't care how much you spend in a stream, it NEVER gives you the right to be disrespectful or rude to the host, their family, or their other customers in chat. Sure, the saying goes "The customer is always right." However, I'm sure they weren't saying that with ENTITLED people in mind. Giving someone a 1-star review because you were an ASSHAT & got banned is just petty. Be a better person or go somewhere else where they don't mind if you walk all over them. It clearly states in the the SHOW NOTES that disrespect will get you banned. It's sad that they have to post stuff like that, but some people these days make it necessary. I've never seen anyone in this family ever have poor customer service skills towards anyone, at any time. They are genuine people who care about what they do, how they are perceived, & care about the people in their chat. They would never do anything to jeopardize that! Nothing but great customer service, great packaging and fast shipping! The love they have for the show and the customers is unmatched! Thank you Blank Fam for everything you do!
