レビュー (79)waited 7 days for my items to ship, contacted seller, she stated they would go out tomorrow. when asked why she had an excuse, so I told her to cancel because she had only printed the labels. the items showed shipped immediately after I ask why they had not shipped. she gave a different excuse than the 1st time I asked. unreliable and dishonestI’m truly sorry your experience was disappointing. I completely understand delays can be frustrating. As I shared, my business operates during standard business days (Mon–Fri), and I was waiting on packing supplies so your 9-item order could be packed as safely as possible. I sincerely apologized throughout the process and will apologize again. I always do my best to communicate openly and care for every order, and I hope future customers will see that this experience isn’t representative of the care I put into my small business. 🙂 Love it all!
