I received this item in a condition that is not only defective—missing the top component—but also hazardous. The assembly exposes a sharp, rusty screw that makes the item completely unusable and dangerous to handle upon opening. When I reached out to the seller for a resolution regarding this safety issue, I was told they could not help. Very disappointed in both the quality control and the lack of accountability here. Fast shipping! Hats packaged in a box to prevent damage, as shown and described, thanks!
