レビュー (378)Overall I love this seller! This happened to be a bad choice made by the packer, they put the cuckoo clock in with a bunch of other items and it got damaged and the clock wasn’t wrapped. The other items were ok, it was just the cuckoo clock that sustained damage. I buy from this seller all the time and things usually aren’t like this, I normally get everything in great condition! Everything in this order arrived just as described and was packaged well and I’m super happy with this purchase. Most of the items I received were excellent and exactly as shown but random pull number 4 has been extremely disappointing. The frame was busted. The wood underneath the white wrap is fine but the white wrap that was professionally put in was falling apart and falling off on the top and bottom and I was not told about that. I had to buy a heat gun to remove it fully and I’ve spent the last day and half sanding down the wood frame trying to save the frame and make it usable.
