Short version - horrible seller, sold me used shoes instead of new ones, ran from accountability after taking forever to respond to me, sloppy packaging and shipping took forever. Will never shop again
Long version - The shoes were shipped without proper packaging. They were removed from their original box and placed loose inside the shipping box.
Shipping took significantly longer than expected.
The seller described the shoes as new. However, when received they were dirty and showed visible signs of light wear on the toe box, inside of shoe , and on the sole. The boxes were damaged and that was not called out when selling.
I contacted the seller about the issue. The response time was slow, and the seller did not take accountability for the condition concerns. The seller stated they purchased the shoes new and therefore considered them new, but did not address the visible wear or offer any resolution or care for their mistake Great seller and amazing deal! /users%2F49384533%2Fstore%2Fd3a55355-2932-4776-a212-97c7cd64d150.jpeg)
