Omg! Maple pumpkin cookie is so delicious, they are soft and so stinking good. I have never had a cookie from chips happen that was bad! You can taste the quality ingredients that go into baking these. The cream cheese icing is so smooth and velvety. If there is anyone on the fence about ordering, you need to do yourself a favor and order! They have new surprises all the time and use quality ingredients. Not to mention the sizes of these treat, I am amazed at the size. Great show, fun to watch and gigantic cookies. Biscoff!!!!! Nuff said. Chip rules!!! The strawberry pop tart is so good highly recommend! Inedible. Came in bloated bag and was the consistency of vomit. Lesson learned. We’re sorry to hear your order arrived that way. A bloated package can sometimes indicate it was exposed to extreme temperatures or delays during shipping, which is unfortunately outside of our control once it’s with the carrier. That said, this isn’t the experience we want anyone to have. We wish you had reached out to us directly so we could have looked into it and made things right. They have the best desserts I never thought I would get a bigger cookie than their oatmeal cookies but the Nutella stuffed cookie even bigger. The cookie is huge (larger than the size of my hand) and so delicious with the creamy filling! these are always yummy, just this time around they arrived "wet" and the frosting was runny and stuck to the bag, that seemed to have moisture inside. maybe they were still warm when the bag was sealed? I'll still order these, just the first time was better :) the caramel apple pop tart was yummy! I thought I'd like the pecan pie better, but that one seemed dry.
