The toothbrush has multiple speeds, including pulse, for a complete cleaning. It also comes with 3 refill brushes. The light up alarm clock is a wonderful purchase. it is not only an alarm clock. It is a sound machine, night light ( with multiple colors ) and a Bluetooth phone charger. Works wonderfully. Arrived quickly and as described.
