During her live she told me she offers bundle shipping. I bought multiple items because of that promise. I was still charged shipping on almost every item and received two separate packages — even though the small doorway jumper could have easily fit with the others.
After I left a review, she finally responded. Instead of fixing the issue, she blamed me, called me a liar, made excuses, and is still refusing to refund any shipping. She only cares about the bad review, not about actually helping customers.
Very misleading and unprofessional. Do not buy from her. The random packaging of my shipments had me a bit stressed and overwhelmed. Everything arrived thankfully. I did over pay on some of the popular items. Be careful not to overbid. When you add in shipping and taxes it can take you over what it cost brand new. Box was damaged in transit but the product was unharmed in the process. So happy with my purchase at a great price! A great place to shop for personal use. I shopped for a Baby Shower! Most of the items are returns and boxes could be dirty, open and damaged etc. The cute lil giraffe pacifier was in a damaged box with the original owners gift receipt. The Frida gas passer kit was completely open and the box was damaged. I had a few boxes nicely sealed and very clean. I may have missed a lot of these flaws. Everything looked so nice during the live show. Dishwasher basket and toddler potty topper for toilet!! Great deals!! This made it difficult to check to make sure I received all my items purchased. Whatnot list of items I should have received didn’t match up with what the seller put in my boxes. I reached out to the seller to let her know of the discrepancies and to ask her if she pack items at random. Seller responded and said yes, she pack items randomly. This was a first for me and luckily I received everything.🥴 Thank you for swapping and always fast delivery

Even though she said she bundles, she charged me shipping on almost every item, except 1 item totaling nearly $50 in shipping. She also shipped the small doorway jumper separately even though it could have fit with the other items. Came in just as it was advertised.. this is my baby’s favorite passy The items are great but it took longer than I expected to get to me.
