Before shipping, I carefully packed and verified the contents of your order, and my records indicate that all items were included.
I understand your frustration, but at this time I do not have evidence that any items were omitted from the package. Since you mentioned missing items in a previous order that were later located, I would appreciate it if you could please double-check all packaging materials, wrapping, and the area where the order was unpacked.
