Sent a livestream to everyone on my list (not knowing it went through an inbox) and she was very annoyed and rude. The wallet was also dirty and had random personal papers and dirt in it. The conversation was brief, and I was never rude. You purchased in September, and I only messaged to check how you liked the item — there was no reply. The wallet was clean and unused, stored safely, and I have video proof showing all pockets and zippers were empty. The only papers included were a thank you note and stickers.
