Had to pick up from ups and pay $35 in post stamps (which weren’t told to me at the time of purchasing the items). An item was missing and they told me they were sending it out and I never received it and they never gave me a tracking number even though I asked for it multiple times. They told me it would be here December 26 and now it is here December 29 and I still have not received it nor have they sent me a tracking number. LOVE THE ENERGY. Products are in great condition.
