It's certainly like I can figure out how to get my money back from what not. I'm gonna ask for my money back.I apologize for this inconvenience. The knife was working fine during our stream and presented no issues. Love the knife we added to mine and my husbands collection.. but shipping not so good… the envelope was ripped opened exposing the box enough to show what kind of knife was in the envelope, it could have been stollen easily. Guess I got lucky it was still in there. I’m sorry that your package had been opened. We unfortunately have no control on how the postal service treats our mail. I’m glad your knives were okay!
