We live at high elevation so it is not unusual for us to receive spilled items. Thank you for preventing this from occurring. I bought 4 items and they canceled 3 of them. the 3 they cancelled were all Sol De Janerio, and the one they kept was a homemade soap. The reason for cancelation was they dropped the items, which I found out when my package arrived, they never messaged me. I feel like they used the Sol as a draw into their show and never had intentions to ship it. that being said, the soap does smell yummy. OMGGGGGGGG - I have been looking for natural soaps for the longest time and I'm so happy I came across Gianna her open communication really is the best for somebody like me who was a nervous wreck about . I purchased two loaves and literally six bars and the smells coming out of my package are incredible. Can't wait to report back for a review on the ladder. The soaps are very lathering and smell amazing. They left my skin feeling soft and moisturized, and the body spray smells incredible as well. Thank you so much for the free soap bar. i purchased candy cane, festival, berry sage , tumeric honey and orange , and vanilla oatmeal…. would highly recommend purchasing from her!!! I think it could have been better packaged, the cherry scent was overwhelming. Maybe just not the scent I expected. Fast shipping and great customer service.
