I received a shipment where cards were placed in penny sleeves and secured with packing tape around top loaders, wrapping all four sides. When cutting the tape, some cards that had slipped from their sleeves or were near the edges adhered to the tape, causing damage. Additionally, the base set Blastoise I won was missing. The seller initially requested card details but later expressed confusion about the damages. After five days without resolution, I requested refunds. Upon reviewing previous ratings, I noticed similar issues reported by other buyers.
