I was thrilled to finally win a prize after entering numerous contests, but about a week later, I received a note from the mail carrier indicating that I owed a fee or additional information. I immediately reached out to the sender to clarify the situation and to prevent any potential misunderstandings, politely asking for details on what happened. However, I received no response. After waiting four days without hearing back, I sent a follow-up message, but still, there was no reply. Due to this lack of communication and transparency, I have decided I will not make any future purchases from this individual. Clear communication is essential, and it’s evident he lacks it. His failure to respond and provide clarity over a simple issue has cost him a customer. Great!! Thank you so very much!!
