The video shows them saying the box is perfect. This item was in pristine condition and I provided picture proof of it before it was packaged! I did state that I have no refunds or cancellation in my show! I inspect each Individual item I sell and announce anything wrong with any item I sell and this bee box was in perfect condition. Unfortunately the lamp was not properly packaged and broke during transport. :( Hey Ellie! I am sorry the top pice broke I do take my time wrapping each order individually! I did issue a refund for the top! And with the pictures you provided the box was dismembered by usps! I’m sorry! Thank you, it’s beautiful! I love my cake plate! Packaging was fantastic!
