Seller accidentally sent the wrong size for the second pair (I sent product photos as proof), BUT they quickly sent me a return label for a refund and responded in a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely continue buying from them as a result! They are in excellent condition, just wish they would have clarified that both boots were steel toe. Both pairs of boots arrived in great condition. Thank you for the awesome deals! These boots look even better than they did online! I went to send a comment & it somehow it bid I asked in the show to cancel or exchange for women’s boots since they were men’s they said no!! I even messaged but got

More damage than disclosed Excellent, as described, well packaged I bought a dress from their Nuuly show and while I don’t expect Nuuly items to be perfect and one flaw was disclosed (a discoloration on the bottom back) there were multiple other flaws that weren’t including some on the front and back bust area.
