Won a sealed precon and when I received it, it was already opened and only included the cards in the little box not even the sample pack. When asked I was told I won it for $3 and that I shouldn’t complain Customer received the $45 market value commander deck for $3 sealed in the cellophane it was manufactured in. External packaging was removed for ease of shipping. At no point in the stream was the precon deck guaranteed to be in the original packaging. At no point was the sample pack stated to be included in the product. Customer sent pictures of the recieved item showing no damage in shipping. The 1 star for all categories is disingenuous at best, malicious at worst. Receiving an almost free deck and still finding a way to complain is insane. Very detailed and organized order. Everything was packed well and my expensive pulls were well protected. I'm looking forward to another break. Thanks for the positive review idahowolfcub!
