Wishing them lots of success as they continue to grow! I get about three boxes on average at least a week from Whatnot and have never had an issue until the seller. I was missing so many of my better items that I bought from the seller, when I did a refund request, the seller even went as far as blaming me for lying about missing the items. I still haven’t received a refund for all the items I was missing. I do not recommend. Seller told me to wait a few days to see if another box showed up so three days later I messaged him still nothing and he made the comment. Oh my God just get with Whatnot already.Very rude and unprofessional. Thank you so much I’m happy with my purchase Host blocked me after messaging them about certain items not working or not being in the condition they started in their show. 🥺 I'm on assistance so when spending money have to be cautious on what I buy because I get less than $1k a month. was really excited about receiving my items but after further examining them. not really worth the money I spent. really upset how they just completely blocked me. disregarding their costumers like that....screw these guys! please don't support their business they can't handle small inconveniences.
