I’m really disappointed in this latest transaction. I’ve had several great experiences with this seller up until this point. I waited almost 2 weeks without my order ever being shipped out to message the seller asking for status. No response. So I joined a live asking if he got my message & was assured by the MOD that she’d call him to make sure(mind you they advertised next day shipping in this same show) Still no response. So then I submitted a support request. A day and a half later he finally messaged apologizing & said there was a lot of confusion & life is crazy. I get that, life happens. What I wasn’t okay with is he made no mention of if he’d be shipping it out or refunding it. Which if you don’t have the items I shouldn’t have to ask for a refund. I tried to clarify if he’d still be shipping & he again didn’t reply. I am so disappointed because I really liked this seller & even recommended him to others & I was stoked at the items I won that now I’ll never get I got an RMS Dumpling and it is so super cool! My kids absolutely loved it! Such a fun and cute toy, and we’re so happy with it. Definitely looking forward to getting more! 😀 I absolutely love buying toys from Jordan at Great Grabs! His shows are always great, and everything I’ve ordered has come in quickly and with no problems at all. He has an amazing selection of authentic toys, and I’ll definitely continue buying from him. The Needoh Pizza which was the giveaway was not included in the shipment. To receive a picture confirmation stating the item has been shipped and included in the package with purchased items is misleading and clearly intentional. When I wrote regarding the giveaway item missing, I received a $10 credit rather then the won item being sent. This makes me wonder if giveaways are ever sent by this seller. Fast Shipping and I love my items!! I am very satisfied with the seller, authentic Needohs, great packing and pretty fast shipping! I’m definitely bookmark his shows again!
