Hi! I’m Katie Helms—39, mom of five, grandma to one, rancher’s wife, bookkeeper, and newly quilting obsessed! I grew up in Nebraska but ventured to South Dakota looking for adventure—and found the love of my life. We now live and work on his family ranch. I was a speech therapist until limited daycare options led me to bookkeeping from home, one of the best decisions I’ve made! More recently, I discovered quilting, which has quickly become my creative escape and favorite stress reliever. Life is busy, messy, loud, and full of love, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m taking life one day, one adventure, and one quilt at a time. ❤️ And yes…I probably need more fabric! 😂
