Thank you for hanging out and shopping with us! It means so much! I wondered ability packages.... if they are tough to open! I'm sorry, but the payoff is so worth it! Buyer beware!! I purchased a very vintage celluloid Disney figure from this Seller. It was her first show and I gladly supported her and shared the show. The piece was very fragile and I was excited to own it. When the package arrived with this item and one other purchase, I was horrified to discover that the delicate figure had been placed on a single piece of newspaper in a box inside the shipping box with no bubble wrap of any sort. The piece was ruined as the brittle celluloid neck has snapped completely off the figure and had been damaged even further in transit. I contacted Kelly to discuss this and she replied that she videotaped herself wrapping it, offered no apology and proceeded to block me as a Buyer. Buyer Beware! I knew immediately that this product was going to be some issue.... It was shown broken. It was shown that his head came off. I made the buyer well aware of thr issues. It is suspect that this buyer waited 2 months to review something fron my first show. And of course I've learned a lot since then. However, if something breaks in transit and it is wrapped well... it is not the sellers fault. Packaging is key, but what happens after it is shipped is on the post office. I recommend you watch the video receipt again and see thst I showed it broken. The items pictured were not the items I bid on. Likely the item picture was just a random pull picture holding space for a listing that is random. You can watch your video receipts to ensure you got what you bid on. The marbles were nice but the jar was broken in about 10 pieces. Had to throw it away. kellylorraine77vintage出品者
Oh geez! I'm so sorry this happened! I wish you had reached out to me. I have other jars and could easily have sent you one! Leaving a bad review hurts a sellers.... And it is then too late to refund you or make it right. The USPS is knowingly doing a terrible job. Both pieces were beautiful! Love shipping with Kelly! Perfect purchase as always!
