Kev was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to explain everything about the different types of opals, answered any questions, and it was clear he really knows his stuff. As a complete beginner, he made the whole process easy and gave me the confidence that I was buying the right stones.
The delivery was really fast, everything was very well packaged, and the opals are even more beautiful in person. I’m genuinely very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Kev again.
