My experience has been nothing but positive, and I feel confident purchasing from her again and again. The product was good per usual and I’ve ordered from Lori a few times. It wasn’t until this order that I will never order from her again. I won 5 givvy from her show and only received 1. As always I reached out to the seller to place them on notice and how they respond is how I move forward. She acknowledged that she had forgotten and I could just get them next show and I was ok with that then she got upset about the word “notice” and was like nah I’m going to send them now it ain’t nothing but stickers. At that moment I felt as if she wasn’t going to because I don’t know her, I just purchase items on her show, so whatnot gave me a credit. Once she found that out she left a paragraph in my inbox as if we were in a relationship, I didn’t respond . She ended up sending me the giveaways but I sent them back because whatnot took care of it and I’m not that type of person. She can give it to her other customers,hopefully the customer feels more valued bc they’re spending their $$ w/ her Lori is simply the best! Authentic products, packaged perfectly, quick shipping and she’s the sweetest!!! 10/10!! An informed host that passes on information to guests. Very knowledgeable in the merchandise she sells.
