レビュー (33)I purchased a good 20 items from this seller. I really loved the items that still had tags on them, but unfortunately, the majority of the pre-loved items weren’t really for me, so I ended up donating them back to Goodwill.
The box also arrived pretty damaged. The tape was only secured once across the box, so I’m guessing it may have gotten banged up during shipping. I had actually mentioned my concerns about the packaging to the seller beforehand, which is why it took me a while to leave this review.
Going forward, I’ll probably stay away from purchasing pre-loved clothes from Whatnot sellers. With that being said, I’m sorry for the lower star rating, but I always try to leave honest feedback based on my experience.

I’m sorry they weren’t what you personally preferred, but whether someone likes how a pre-loved item looks or fits is subjective and isn’t something I can control. As for the packaging, there was nothing wrong with how your order was packed when it left us. We take great care to securely pack every order, and packages can unfortunately be handled roughly during transit.
