Thank you, I really enjoy my product🤙 When I inquired about this harness, we had just rescued a ESA. From the time of this inquiry to the time of confirmation, we had already had to purchase another harness for our ESA. From setting things up for our new ESA to getting him off people food only to kibble I had forgot about the inquiry of this harness. Also, with my $15 credit on WhatNot I was not expecting money to be pulled from a personal account with money that was already allocated to medication for my daughter. Maybe I'm dumb or overlooked something but I was figuring the whole purchase would of came from the $15 credit and not from a personal account that was not authorized by me for use. I've already been notified that there are no returns for this item so I'm stuck with a harness that is way to small for my 5lb Maltese. With the time of inquiry to confirmation of order, why was I not asked if I still needed item? I would if given this a higher Star rating if the whole transaction, from start to finish, wasmoretimely Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity!
