We had a small issue with one of the corms, but the seller rectified the situation immediately and threw in an extra surprise. Excellent customer service and everything was packaged perfectly. This was the most beautifully packed purchase I have ever received! She even included an orchid pot for my new jewel orchid! Thank you so much! I will be buying more in the future! Honestly I can’t complain too much so I won’t. It came quickly, I liked that it came enclosed in another container within the box, the plants looked relatively healthy. So overall good experience.
I am not happy at all. This barely 2” of a piece of plant cannot even be planted because it is not well rooted yet. I really cannot do anything with it. I requested help from whatnot and was not refunded. Item on screen was not depicted as barely 2” with roots to small to plant. Very disappointed as I am a plant lover. I hate to be this guy seeing as it was her 2nd show, but I did spend a lot of money and was disappointed and not happy with my order! Most came to me dried out badly and probably not able to save them! The packaging wasn’t very good either they were all just in bags not taped up or wrapped up securely!
