I asked the seller to show a specific secret, but when three were presented, I mistakenly bid on the wrong one (I acknowledged this right away and apologized). As a first-time buyer, I hoped for a bit of understanding. Instead, after I bought my secret, the seller said, 'Okay, so these two are coming to you.' I did end up stacking the other Sonny Angel for someone else, which was fine. But the tone felt dismissive rather than professional. Additionally, some of the chat was unkind, despite my politeness. While the prices are great and the item was intact, I hope future situations are handled with more courtesy and care. Amazing seller!
