Packaged so nicely which I really appreciated. 🩷 It’s amazing to me that somebody can be so rude to someone who is in their room quite consistently. When I called her out for giving away first choice which I won she blocked me. Customer service sucks. I was trying to tell her I just needed a sincere apology not an explanation. It’s not justifiable, but an apology would’ve worked. Don’t buy from her if you don’t have time to watch the entire video or stay for four hours to see if you actually one or not she’ll block you instead of talking to you. And no, it won’t get resolved. Her shows run really late. If you don’t have the time to sit there the whole time don’t buy because she will definitely give away your first pick. Customer service is a minus one star, but it doesn’t allow me to do that. When I did get a chance to see it, and I brought it to her attention, it was an excuse instead of an apology, which is all I wanted. Lounge fly bags are easy to come by, good service is not. So I got a rushed choice of picked through bags. Oh then she blocked me.
