POL and FP dress- when they were both washed after arriving, the buttons fell off. Now paying a seamstress to fix those issues. Hi Jessica, I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed by your order. I did my best to disclose the condition of all the items I sold you. I did note the FP dress had that one button flaw & sold it for less bc of it. The other buttons falling off isn’t something I would’ve anticipated as the dress was in mint condition beyond that. The POL cardigan was brand new out of the polybag but some POL pieces tend to be more delicate. I’ll do better in the future to advise how to best wash a more delicate piece like that.
