I received a note in the package stating the item I paid for was out of stock and replacement key rings were included instead. I didn't want those items. I think a message explaining the shortage and asking me if I wanted to replace it or receive a credit, or offer me to cancel would have been more appropriate. Beautiful Coach purses!!
