レビュー (6,998)HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Won a Booster Bundle on a wheel spin and it was not shipped in my bundled order along with the other items I got. Have been trying to contact these guys for weeks now and I have still till this day gotten no response. I even tried to message them on IG and nothing! So disappointed with this lack of communication or effort to try to correct this mishap I’m experiencing, as I was supper excited to get my prize I won. Had an issue with a Stash or Pass game and reached out to the seller. They offered a complimentary Gem Volume 5 Booster Box, which I appreciated, but I haven't heard anything back since. Just hoping for an update and some communication on the status of that offer or a refund. Host sent me two damaged ETBs and claimed that his team inspected items before they were shipped. Host also states that dinged products were bought and sold during the stream and not disclosed as damaged because his stream doesn’t see dings and dents as damaged products. Host offered me a few extra packs of god knows what on my next purchase because one of the ETBs was ripped. Host also said that he would buy back PKC ETB but never heard from them again. How can you offer to back FUSION STRIKE PKC ETB but not offer the same treatment for a ripped PERFECT ORDER ETB. I spent over $150 in that single stream and that’s how he treats his clients. Host helpers also dropped a bunch of products mid stream and host casually replies “don’t worry, those are just props” leading the entire stream to think that all the prizes are safe on the side somewhere. Pulled an IR and SIR out of this, these guys are lucky. One of the best streamers in whatnot
