レビュー (34,274)I made my order on May 4th, 2026 for a send-in signature for Sir Ian McKellen. The item arrived on June 30th. Bear in mind that this WAS a $500 card I sent in with maximum insurance coverage and very well packaged. The signature itself cost $400 and it was their top dog of signatures, so I assumed my card would be treated with the utmost respect even if the signature failed and I would at least get a certificate. This is the opposite of the truth. I received an email with a piss poor excuse of a signature and a refund for my purchase on June 24th. That is fine. It happens. What isn’t fine is that my $500 card is now a smudged, DAMAGED card that had no certificate and now I have no means to sell it because I have NO PROOF of who it was DAMAGED by. I understand I was refunded but if you HAVE a CERTIFICATE because your service includes it… why not add it in the package? I have messaged them on Whatnot with a basic reponse. I have emailed them 7 times. No response. Worst customer service. Perfect 2 new signed funko pop in my collection, perfect like everytime thanks. Beautiful photo, packed well & shipped fast.
