Thanks so much for quick shipping and perfect packaging. Live your show. Unfortunately, my package was soaking wet on one side when received. I have no idea what happened to it when the carrier took over. I am trying to do my best cleaning the bags. I think if they had been wrapped in a plastic wrap they would’ve been protected against whatever the heck the shipping carriers did with it. Super sad as I genuinely love everything I ordered. So sorry for the carrier issues. I understand that this is super disappointing. I would have loved the opportunity to fix the issue or resolve the issue with whatnot prior to the negative review. As you know once I ship the item it is fully out of my control. I take pride in what I sell and the customers that buy from me, and as a small seller it is difficult to maintain a 5.0 rating, but something I whole heartedly care about.
