It began when I didn’t get my order for weeks after ordering. I tracked it and found out the label was created but not shipped.I emailed the seller and told her what I ordered with a copy of the invoice and received no response. After several days, I sent another message and I asked for a response or a refund. Still no response. It wasn’t until I contacted whatnot that the seller shipped a replacement package. Never did she respond to a message even after I wrote a thank you saying I got the order. Thank you for the perfect packaging, even the card holding the pin showed up in good shape. Very happy with purchase!!!
