Really good I got a bad cheese it’s super hard and doesn’t rise at all I decided to keep it to see if it will fix over time but has stayed the same form for several days Items are great, the only critique I have is it took 4 days to ship my package. In comparison to other sellers, that’s much slower than most. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would So happy I got this needoh!!
