The seller sent it to the wrong person and I received the wrong order. I returned it in good faith immediately but since then the issue has not been resolved. I understand mistakes happen but no replacement or equivalent value item has been offered or provided - it’s clear the seller doesn’t want to help and is suggesting it’s outside of Whatnot policy.
