Unfortunately the items that were stated as new were clearly used. I reached out to the seller on 4 separate occasions (very nicely I should add) but never received a reply. After giving them the benefit of doubt for almost 4 weeks and not hearing back, I decided to leave feedback for future purchasers. Once you make a purchase, they never respond to any attempts to reach them or to rectify a situation. Disappointing Still haven’t got the item never received anything. I messaged and just asked what it was and didn't get an answer. it was a freebie so didn't care but just wanted to know what I missed out on I never got my free gift It says that it was delivered, but not where it was delivered normally. It says either the mailbox or the porch it does not say either and it never had tracking on it to even give me an order. So I'm thinking they never even sent it.
