For the used item, it said open-box on the screen. The seller stated I should not be surprised it was very used because how else could they sell it so cheap. That seemed like a silly and bizarre answer to me. Also very sneaky. Sent me another return label with instructions after the item was already returned to them. I am not even saying everything. Just too much. Will never deal with again.
