In the future if you would please reach out with pictures and concerns prior to leaving lowered feedback, and allow the seller to make it right, it would be greatly appreciated. The Polly was healthy when it left my hands and it would have been dry since I don’t water for at least 24 hours prior to shipping in this cold weather.
