This is the absolute best pressure washer. Watched video of my purchase. These vacuums were described as new in box . I received 3 I’m guessing refurbished but not even sure of this as they all still had dirt and dust in chamber . The host said at end of video all new in box and they most definitely are not. These units are used not sure what battery condition is as I’m having trouble getting one to charge at all also none came with charger. These may be fantic but they are used items not new as the host said . I opened the canister on one a dirt fell out . Suggestion a refund and cut down the rap music during show it’s a distraction to serious buyers. I made sure and listened through music and host clearly advertised as new product mine are all three used looks like filter is new but unit scratched and beat up . I would not have paid the price I paid these look like a yard sale used item . Not satisfied at all and you should not misrepresent items condition. HeHi, the item was described open box like new also in the description as I believe you have read, it said “might have scratches” so please stop spreading full information. Also in the video receipt before you purchased your item the item before the seller did describe it as used like new grade a condition.
