Had to fight for a week with their support team to get them to understand. Did finally get a refund and will not be purchasing from this seller again. shipping is fast, I think I should've got a size smaller then what I ordered- but other then that everything is in great shape. love the shoes Only one showed up at first and it said both were delivered.
