She is meticulous about making certain that the makeup products that she sends out arrive intact and in the same exact condition in which she shows them, which can be a lot considering that these products travel across the country alongside of other products inside of the package and then alongside of other packages that are different sizes and weights and moved around maybe not completely rough, but, most likely not completely gently either. Shipping & delivery was exponential. Purchased on 12/20/25 & Arrived on 12/23/25! Amazing! Just a confusion on the product itself. Thought I was getting mascara, but got a CLEAR lash & brow gel (Hard Candy). The right product I purchased, but was misled during the livestream..
