The elastics on the sleeves of this white dress have stretched out and do not hold the intended shape.
This is the second piece of the items I purchased from Sorcelyclub that is not as described. Garment has a scent of laundry detergent, too. Please rewatch your video receipt. The item’s condition was clearly shown during the live. Our shows feature RTR inventory, and our listings clearly state pre-owned condition. We never advertise these items as brand new.
As for the laundry detergent scent, we see that as a positive—it means the garment was cleaned and prepared before shipping.
We kindly ask that you pay close attention before bidding and also extend the same respect to sellers. We work very hard to accurately present every item, and it’s disappointing to receive reviews like this when the condition was clearly disclosed. Fast shipping. The skirt is damaged with fabric embroidery thread loose through out on the waist band, hem, and skirt itself that it’s not wearable. Trimmed the many many loose woven threads that are sticking out and hanging but more and more are coming loose. Want to return it for refund. Very disappointed on the bad quality/defective item sold here. Please rewatch your video receipt. This skirt was fully shown and clearly sold as a project piece. We always take responsibility if we miss a flaw, but that was not the case here. The condition was clearly presented before the sale. Please be more careful when bidding in live auctions. Thank you.
