Purchased on June 6th label created on June 12th and still hasn't shipped my item and it's the 24th now. I sent a message and have received no response. This was for a giveaway but I cant write a review on my purchased item since they didnt ship it. looks like they gave up on selling. You could've just cancelled my order if you didn't want to ship it. What a great person (sarcasm). What an incredible seller! They were so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely sweet. My order shipped quickly and was packaged with so much care that it arrived in perfect condition. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Thank you for being awesome, and I look forward to buying from you again! the Prada sample was completely empty. and the ysl myself is half empty. packaged very poorly.
