Items arrived in a padded envelope wrapped in paper towels. Once again poor packaging for vintage delicate jewelery. The sterling filigree necklace was damaged during shipping! Two rings he claimed to be antique and they were not. 2nd lot he claimed three items to be gold filled and they were not! All other items were as described. Wow—you are surrounded by an amazing collection of jewelry ( not to mention the view of the water!!! Mis-states items and ships without proper packacking/protection. I recieved a crushed hollow beaded necklace just shipped in a paper poly mailer. Responds to issues VERY quickly and promises to rectify them. Then ignores them. I thought maybe I mis-understood the seller so I asked for clarification and they said they were busy sorry for the delay. They ignored further communication while they weren't busy because I saw them buying in other lives. I want my money back please? Syboll is wonderful and his shows are always amazing. Worth a watch!!
