レビュー (13)ordered a bunch or baby spider plants. they Shipped in a ziplock bag and arrived mush. messaged the seller and they said they would replace. it's been over 2 week and no replacement Great job for a new business! Great deals! Thanks so much! I ordered 2 plants they are not in good condition. One is in better condition then the other as it is a cutting shoved in a pot there are no roots and the shipping box was in good condition. I immediately had to replant them as neither were secured in the pots. The box was not packed well and the plants had room to roll during shipping. I would like to suggest filling the box with news paper or something to hold them securely as well let people know it is not a started plant but a cutting as I would not have spent what I did on the 2 plants. I wanted to support the first show and I bought a few items I was excited about. Everything came with snapped stems, crushed containers, dead plants. The outside of the box was in fine shape so it wasn’t from the shipping or postal service, it was packed that way. I would just suggest getting your packing way more organized and careful so you can have repeat customers. A couple of the plants arrived dead. I hate to leave reviews but when I received 2 boxes because I ordered 9 plants I was upset and disappointed first the shipment was delayed 2 days and both boxes were a mess. the plants were all over the box some were up rooted, there was more dirt in the box then in the pots. I lost leaves on some plants and I had to plant them all on the same day i got them because all of the plants were a mess. I know most was due to shipping. hoping I can save them all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I am extremely happy with the plant I received from this live plant auction! The plant arrived healthy, well-packaged, and even more beautiful than I expected. It was carefully protected during shipping, and not a single leaf was damaged. You can tell the seller takes great pride in their plants and customer service. The plant was exactly as described, with vibrant foliage and a strong root system. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plants.
